Lorraine Blake

I offer a warm, friendly and confidential counselling space for adults and young people aged 11+. As a BACP registered counsellor, I provide a safe environment where you can explore your thoughts and feelings at a pace that feels right for you.

With over 12 years’ experience across private practice, education and the NHS, I work in a client-led way to support self-understanding, self-acceptance and emotional wellbeing.

Elise Colaco

I have supported individuals across a range of educational settings, giving me a strong understanding of the challenges people face at different stages of life.

While person-centred at heart, I work integratively, tailoring my approach to your individual experiences and goals rather than using a ‘one size fits all’ model.

I have extensive experience supporting additional needs, including neurodiversity, and aim to provide a supportive space where you feel understood and empowered to navigate life’s challenges.

Carol Nicholson

I am a BACP Registered Counsellor with over 12 years of experience supporting individuals through the complexities of academic and adult life. My goal is to provide a safe, inclusive environment where you can explore challenges—such as anxiety, work-life balance, or health concerns—without judgment.

By blending Person-Centred Therapy with various integrative techniques, I tailor every session to the individual, ensuring specific support for neurodiverse learners. Together, we will develop practical, sustainable coping strategies to help you move through life’s hurdles with more confidence.
